I have heard it's really good for cleansing out your system, but I think it would be miserable. I have to have the heat off, the fan on...I find it really hard to workout when its hot. I would be worried ..I would pass out, I don't handle the heat well at all. I imagine some people love it.

I's think it would clean your pores but be dehydrating, just like if you excercise with heavy clothing and sweat out all your water weight.
I really enjoyed vigorous yoga.

o wow, i would prob be really thirsty....but that sounds like a lot of fun..i dont think they have it in my area tho
