Losing 20-25 lbs for me would put me down to 140-145 and thats my goal weight....20lbs seems so small but I just can't seem to get my act together...i just started doing cardio 3 weeks ago and i joined a challenge at the gym that started yesterday....The Biggest Loser...with my buddy we have 6 weeks to lose the most bodyfat against 8 other teams...this week the challenge is to go to 2 classes at the gym.....fun fun fun! Wish me luck...
