I weigh 270lbs right now and my goal weight is 150lbs so I have 120lbs to lose. Wow that hurts to write down. OUCH!!
Anyways I've decided to reward myself when i get to my goal weight with the tattoo I have always wanted. I want to do some small rewards for every 10 or 20 lbs but keep coming up with food rewards and that is a really bad idea. Even as a kid food was used as a reward and i'm finding it hard to come up with other ideas. Does anyone else use rewards for motivation? What do you use as a reward? |

I've never really used rewards. I just remind myself how many great clothes I have in smaller sizes. So each one that fits is a reward to me.

I never thought of using the clothes as rewards. I have a lot of really pretty clothes that I can use as a reward. I need visual reminders so I think I'll take my favourites and hang them up where I can see them. Thanks for the idea.
