Default whats a good diet?

whats a good diet plan for those of us who are allergic to soy & eggs? I have looked into many plans, but they all contain soy or eggs. HELP

On Weight Watchers you can eat anything you want... you just have to count the points accordingly. There are no prescribed meal plans or menus that you have to follow. So, you'd be able to avoid eggs, soy, or anything else that you can't eat.

I've been eating what I like just keeping my calories at 1800 or below daily. I do try to stress fruits and veggies because 1) they are good for you and 2) you can eat quite a bit, and sadly I like quantity.

it is not important that you eat the egg directly, you can eat egg via cakes who have egg in them.
